Our shop is equipped with advanced technology including robotic welding, a 3-D wire and rebar bender, and a CNC plasma cutter — giving us the capability to handle everything from custom one-off builds to high-volume production runs. We work in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, and offer both shop and mobile services across PEI and Atlantic Canada.
3-D Wire & Rebar Bending
Our 3-D wire and rebar bending technology lets us produce consistent, custom-formed components for oyster farming and aquaculture equipment — cage components, frames, supports, brackets, hooks, and custom wire-formed parts — built to spec, every time. Repeatable accuracy means every piece matches the last.
Robotic Welding
Robotic welding gives us the ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds on repeat parts, batch runs, cage components, frames, racks, and welded assemblies. Faster throughput, tighter tolerances, and reliable quality on every piece. Ideal for production runs of aquaculture equipment and structural components.
CNC Plasma Cutting
Our Torchmate CNC Growth Series™ 4×4™ computerized plasma cutter handles everything from intricate custom parts to structural components. The system is precise and repeatable — allowing us to produce many copies of the same metal part with a single computer click. Compatible with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Aluminum Welding & Fabrication
Aluminum is the material of choice for oyster cages, harvesters, boats, and marine equipment — lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and durable in saltwater environments. Our team has extensive experience welding and fabricating aluminum components for aquaculture, fisheries, and marine customers.
Stainless Steel Fabrication
Stainless steel fabrication for food-grade, marine, and industrial applications. We work with all grades of stainless steel for custom parts, equipment components, tanks, frames, and structural assemblies. MIG, TIG, and stick welding available.
Custom Metal Fabrication
From one-off prototypes to production runs, we handle custom metal fabrication in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Bring us your drawings, measurements, or just an idea — we can design, build, and deliver finished metal components and assemblies.
Mobile Welding
Our mobile welding units can come to you for on-site repairs and fabrication work across PEI and Atlantic Canada. No need to transport heavy equipment to the shop — we bring the shop to you. Available for emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, and on-site fabrication.
